- **Hub of Hope** is a mental health support database for young people.
- **bigmoose** is a charity provided free and part-funded access to therapy, within a week, for anyone.
- King’s Trust: Find Help For Life's Challenges offer support across many areas including mental health, housing, bereavement, health, money, relationships etc.
- **Crisis Services** for support with planning how you may approach a crisis.
- The Mix and Shout have a crisis text line, available 24/7 by texting THEMIX to 85258.
- Call 116 123 for **the Samaritans.**
- CALM is a suicide prevention charity that offers a helpline open 5pm - midnight, every day.
- **Camden Young People's Mediation and Restorative Service** - Provides an independent and neutral service to support young people and their families in Camden to deal with intense conflict and challenging behaviours, with the aim of building positive relationships.
