The GoodWork Programme is for young people who have left education and need support navigating the world of work. We work with 18-25 year olds who are struggling to secure their career-launching role because they don’t have the academic background or experience that many employers look for.
We provide extensive training, one-to-one support and access to fairly paid opportunities with our network of partner employers over an intensive six-month programme. We’ve seen some amazing outcomes, which you can read about in our 2024 Impact Report.
Our participants are all from lower-socioeconomic backgrounds and tend not to have been to or graduated from university. Many face further barriers to work, such as racial discrimination, disability, or experience in the care system. All are motivated, talented and ready for real opportunities.
